You'll definitely need different rods and possibly pistons, but I don't know the specifics sorry. If you can find the specs for the 18R and 22R you should be able to figure out what needs to be done. As for machining, I believe the block has to be machined to clear the crank counterweights, but again I'm not 100% on the specifics. Any machinist should be able to figure it out for you anyway.
