sorry, don't have any parts but maybe i can help you out with what you should expect to pay - i just recently done this conversion
calipers - $100 each
caliper kits - $30
struts - $50 each
rotors - custom machined from 604 stock $300 pair
(turned down to correct diameter (266mm), drilled to suit corona hub, and slotted (just cos i can))
don't forget to do your master cylinder too!!!
