i'm looking at buying a 4age sprinter, but due to the lack of them for sale in SA, and i don't have the time to do one myself, ill have to bring one in from interstate. What apart from taking it to regency to get it id checked and to get it re-registered would i have to do? As it will most likely be a 4age will i have any problems?
any additional info would be appreciated
cheers

speaking from experience, with my last 4age sprinter, i just had to have an engine number check.
just make sure the car is not too low, has good tread, and is not too loud. and dont rock up with a sports steering wheel.
make sure the plastic timing belt covers are on as well...they picked me for that...i just told them i had it at home, and was checking for an oil leak that i fixed the day before, to see if it was still leaking at the cam seals...
dumbass'

I am thinking of doing pretty much the same thing for my first car soonish, if you could let me know how it goes it would be a great help.
