k so ive sold my car, but...

hey guys, well i got some girls over today and they wanna buy my car (celica 86 3sGE). its just a few issues i have to get fixed.
#1 i have petrol leak somewhere, i get a STRONG petrol smell inside the car almost all the time dunno why. Someone said its the injectors but i checkd them they are fine. Fuel filter is fine. i went to a mechanic he cudnt figure it out.
#2 i get a grinding noise with the brakes. Have to get that fixed.
#3 ive got a leaking steering pump or somthin, have to get that also from somewhere.
So i wuz wondering if u guys wud have an idea abt the petrol thing. Also if anyone cud suggest a fair mechanic somewhere in the eastern suburbs of melbourne?

btw ... i got $5150 for it, that is IF they dont back out.
