need something that will just bolt in, cant be blowing smoke. need gearbox crossmember too.
how much??

I've got a complete 4afc and gearbox comming out of a AE92 corolla in a few weeks... not sure if that's suitable ?

looking for a 4AC its for the AE71 which is a rear wheel drive. im located in adelaide and i would perfer to get the engine from adelaide because i dont really want to ship a 4ac engine being so cheap as they are to adelaide. need the gearbox and stuff too.
this is desperaet now because i am only a week away from getting the AE71 and i need the engine.
for the lot im willing to pay $150 as long as the engine isnt smokey and the gearbox works fine.

if you have to use a T50 gearbox, you wont be getting any deals for 150$, since the cheapest prices i got when i was looking for a new box were aroudn the $300+ mark for the box alone!!

really Andrew (i remember you from #sa_cars  ) i have seen numerous gearbox posts here in the for sale for like $75+ im not looking for a brand new one. as long as the thing works, can be alloy casing too i dont care. just need this car working. its getting a CA18DET but i cant afford the engine at the moment.
even if someone has a wreck or a POS they want to get rid of that has a OK engine in it, i will scrap it and use the engine and stuff. I dont really want to be using a 4ac in it but you know... it needs to be mobile as i have nowhere to store it. ill just dump my scorpion on the street and drive the AE.
