okay, here's the car when i bought it from eskiboy/ rob cuthbert
yeah couldnt believe what a bargain i had gotten. the next weekend i started working on it.
it was a slow and painfull journey, due to loosing 2 jobs in the proccess of building the car.
here's a shot of the old motor on its way out
just had the flywheel machined, then a few pics of the clutch setup
motor going back in

yeah good to see it finialy on the road...many late nights and LONG days and much driving..to get the BLACK BEAST to where it is today...
but it couldn't be toa better owner...i hope to have a proper ride in her soon...it is a fuckign sweet car..i wish mine was that clean and black....

well the turbo was fkd when i bought it, then i drove around for a week on 18psi then turned it down to 12psi.
got another one on its way over tonight, so hopefully i can still make it out for a few races tonight

even tho the old turbo was fucked, replacing it hasnt fixed the fucked noise comin from the motor (which i thought was the turbo) turns out it is something internal... hoorah.

You got any 1/4 mile times? Dyno figures? What boost do you normally run?
How's your gearbox holding up? My car is incredibly similar to your. It'll have a front mount too in a week or two!

nah none yet man, car was only on road for 3 weeks before it shit itself, after i get my forged pistons ceramic coated, im puttin it in the shop to get rebuilt. i'll be buying a hiperboost controller as soon as the fella chooses to reply to my pm's and emails.
gettin 3" zorst fitted up while its in shop

australia post were nice enough to deliver my ROSS forged pistons after 12 days of waiting, i wasn't home so they just left it on the front door step.. , pistons are going to competition coatings at roclea to get ceramic coated tomorrow, expected to be a few days wait, then car is off to GUN PERFORMANCE.

got car back, tuesday,
ideler pulley tensoner ceased and spun off thursday,
oil seal on turbo shit itself oday.
someone stripped one of the bolt holes for the dizzy,
and someone also had my timing advanced over 20 degrees.
all previous praise is with drawn.
