Is there any point of putting bigger injectors/faster fuel pump on it????
Current mods are - pod, extrators and mandrel bent straight through exhuast.

No. Unless you're topping out the injectors (85% duty of more) which i highly doubt, there is ZERO need for larger injectors.
It'll just make the car run pig rich unless you can re-tune it because the injector will stay open for the same amount of time, but use more fuel due to the larger size.

Don't polish the joggles! Not sure if it is in the bible, but the old TRD engine build up manual had a nice picture showing what not to polish in the combustion chamber. They called this area joggles. No doubt someone more tech advanced than me will be able to scan the page on to here. When I had my head done, I took the page in and got them to polish mine the same way.

I just had a look on the TRD site and most parts for the 4AGE 16V (cams etc.)
How does the TRD's compare to the HKS.

Anyone here used Crower Cams????
They make a (Part no:61821-2) Stage 1 - Street use. Slight lope at idle. 1500-6500+ rpm. Advertised Duration (268 / 268) Duration @ .50" (216 / 220) Gross Lift (.362 / .362)
Is that going to be to big for the stock ECU?????
Cheers

The lift on those Crower cams will bind the factory springs (although you did mention heavy duty springs so should be okay, just check with the spring manufacturer), and will most likely also flip the shims out from on top of the buckets.
