Gday Everyone! I was unable to make it to the Drift Nats this weekend, but I was wondering if the weekend was a success??
Was there any good drifting? (by JAP cars that is, stuff this Commodore drift s$#t! My opinion anyway)
Were there many AE86's at all?
Voice your opinions everyone! Was it any good? And how could it be made better?

The comp that was on aug 6 / 7th was pretty damn good.
2 SA Hachi Roku's placed pretty damn well:
Simon placed second in the 'privateers' (I guess thats what that class is?)
and Leighton placed first overall.
The commodore ute and the monaro seemed 'crowd' favorites though but that was just because of the bigger smoke.

Drifting was crazy.
The overall skill level is rising so fast. Yer Simon came 2nd in the street class, and Crab was the winner of the pro class (even tho he is unsponsored and was a wild card entry!).
Yeh it was wicked.

Yeah, it was absolutely amazing. The skill levels are just getting higher and higher. It was awesome watching Simon and Leighton in their little AE86's beating all the bigger and tougher cars competition.
Best drift day so far, closely followed by the last time the D1 drivers came down.
