somewhere in my clutchlines there is a leak. the time has come for me to put paid to the damn thing
i know where the master/slave cylinders are, and i have a vauge idea of what to do. specifics are what i am after. if someone has a scan of the relevant page in the Big Green Book or some pertinent advice on dumping the lines so i can get to the point of taking things apart, and then the best way of doing just that... please let me know the first main thing is i have NFI where the bleed point /nipple is.. just to give you an idea where i am starting from :S
tis an Aw11 Aus delivered NA with C52 box, for reference. i already have the rubber bits for master and slave 'rebuild' kits and some advice already also but as i say more is welcome
mmm cool cool... must look harder as i didnt see the nipple on the slave first time. hm. glasses time mebbe? lol or mebbe just a good clean in there...
i *could* just bleed it again but i suspect it definitely is due time for a rebuild, its been a pretty slow leak for the past 2 years, just seems to have started going a lil faster now 88-05, 17 years of use and i doubt its ever been replaced or anything.
anyways i do know its suggested to check the bores internally once dissasembled, no use replacing the rubbers if the bores are all scratched and will let fluid past that way...
