They're still making them, as far as I know.
No Australian distributor though. A lot of people have brought them in from the USA, usually costing them a lot of money though (may as well buy Bilsteins).
Try getting onto Google and see what you can find.

tokico still make shocks for sure
its just the HTS series (ae86 specifically) which ceased productions last friday.
