haha people just swap them because they are 'teh p00 motor' and have a tendancy to be old and broken.
But your soarer is hot, looks great, whats the ground clearance like?

never bottoms out - front wheels scrub when i lower it about 10mm more then what u see. ive modified the control arms to increase camber but its not enough to get the fronts underneath guards when turning - dont know if their the correct springs for the shocks

would any MZ20/MA70 (or similar) owners be interested in custom polyuerathane eccentric bushes to allow more negative camber. these allowed me to fir my 8.5inch wides rims under guards..

OST (Old Skool Toys) and Toymods are not technically affiliated. They are separate clubs.
OST is specifically for pre 1990 Toyotas.
However there is still technically some affiliation as most (if not all) OST Members are also Toymodders.. so you could literally call them a small sect/cult of Pre-90's Toymodders..
Correct me if im wrong Damo

Thanks for fielding that one! Pretty much covered it all..
What a shame stealth007008 - would have been good to see you on the last OST cruise.. was an awesome turnout.
OST cruises/events are never cancelled!
Hope to see you at the next one - I'm quite the fan of tough 7M's!
and yes.. the hypo Mk3 you refered to is my mates car. It goes as well as it looks!

here is a pic of the new engine in my soarer. The fighting 7mgte. Hopefully it'll beat the last numbers of 469rwhp out of my not so long last engine. (workshop faults). Now this new baby is just ran in with a street tune and is pretty impressive.

Saab fans are an odd bunch, there the type of car you either love or hate. And most ppl that own them will buy one after the other.
I was looking at getting a leaded 900 AERO at one stage pretty quick for there age and cheap to.

my first car and project car is an 88 saab 9000. its ger=tting the works done to it - chasing 400-500 rwhp, waithing on a set of billet rods then im on my way to putting it together.... already have the head complete.. and my forged je pistons..
thinking of transplanting the engine in the soarer if i fell the 500 hp at front wheels isnt gonna work.. yeah u right my parents owned about 5 saabs, they wouldnt by anotyher one thoug, gm make cheap cars
