2nd Annual AE86 Meet. Roll Call!

To end the confusion of who's comming and not let's use this thread to get a list of going of who's going to come in the decemeber meet... i want this list to be over 40+ owners... i know that you're all out there so let's outnumber the total number of 86's at last years meet! We have the best AE86's in the country... let's show it!

My 86 wont have a engine by then, but i'll still come.
(no chance of another pic of my car in DB mag next to choony's new setup... mine was the 'race spec' and his was the 'pretty street spec' as proclaimed by the DB mag last year Laughing, but if he finishes his car on time i'm sure it will be 1 of the best alrounders. Smile )

PS: I wonder how many 86's will be wearing VTX kits! hahaha

fooz86... it's jsut a meet in a car park... discuss our ae86's and sell parts out of the back of your hatch if you so desire... it's just a meeting of most cars... last year we went for a cruise to calder and did a lap during the nationals...

as i said, i will update things more clear as things get closer to the date... i don't think anyone has actually organized a meet location... i'd like to get the voices of people of where they'd like to hold it.

This thread isn't for discussing the meet anyway, this is just a roll call if your gonna come regardless of location or what it acctually is...

Ronald, will you be bringing ur ae86 or just tagging along with someone?

p.s fooz86... i'll be holding a twisty run that night for some of the more advanced ae86's... ur's included cause u'll have suspension by then Wink

Hey you don't need suspension to go fast in a sprinter.. you just need a competent driver, and i'm getting closer to that week by week Smile

So right now, I don't know.. I guess I might go, and sell my "NOT JDM BRO" clothing line.. i'm thinking hats and t-shirts right now.

The engine isn't No.1 priority atm. Sold it to work on the chassis and suspention for now.

Thanks but i'm gonna need more then just the 4ac. Unless it comes with gearbox, entire exhuast system and t-18 tailshaft Rolling Eyes

Unfortuntily the only places with massive amounts of car parks avaliable all have speed humps these days... The ones at brimbank aren't all that bad... don't rush over them and you'll be fine. I am still scouting other locations but I think brimbank is the go again... It has BBQ and massive space so thats the advantage.

I will be organizing a mini meet for east siders in box hill to cruise there... Would someone care to volunteer to host mini meets for west, south and north sides if they want to cruise together?

I personally think its a better idea to rock up with a few others.

Time to be confirmed... most likely a 10am start...

well theres allready 20 on this list... at least another 20 i can think of in melbourne... 20 from sydney/qld and 10-15 from adelaide...
