i didn't do that, but it seems to work, the pedal feels nice and firm so theyre going to stay there.

Just funny he would get rid of ceramin coated forged pistons but if the bore tolerances were out i guess HKS piston might have been cheaper to get OS one. Oh well

i may be wrong, its just that all the other engine parts listed were from hks and the forged pistons were in the middle.

ive since given the car a tune, runs like a dream. fitted an immobiliser, new steering wheel, vinyl painted the interior back to factory spec and fixed up all the dodgy wiring. also gave it a cut and polish in preparation for the few areas to be repaired. next is a bit of paint and panel before hooking up the sc and thermos to run off the ecu.
lastly i ordered some performance challengers in 14*7 and 0 offset (polished) which should give me the right stance and a little more track.
