What model 4agze is the loom from bigport AW11/AE92 or smallport AE92 or smallport AE101.
Has it been cut at all.
I'm very interested in the above information please.

To honest, I'm not sure how to tell, but the engine I removed the loom from was the later model small port 4agze. If there is something particular on the loom that distinguishes it let me know and I'll check. As far as I can see the loom is complete.

Hey man, im interested in your 4agze rods and pistons, just wondering what condition they are in and if the will fit a late AE92 Bigport 4age engine.
Im also interested in your used turbo manifold, and was also wondering if its the same design as the one pictures?.
Cheers Mate,
Tai

The rods and pistons need a clean up - black carbon deposits on the crown and some surface rust from condensation in storage - but are otherwise in excellent condition. As far as I know they will fit any 4age block as they all possess the same bore and stroke if standard - but am not 100% on big end sizing for ae92 big port.
Can anyone else help here??
The pictured turbo manifold is the new one for $450 (without the turbo).
The used manifold is of different design to the one pictured - not as compact or neat but still effective. I'll get a pic soon.

AE92 bigport has 42mm crank, so yes the rods will fit. Are the pistons the 8:1 or 8.9:1 Compression ratio ones? Any problems with the rods?

Rods and pistons are in great condition apart from needing a good clean. There are no wear marks on the piston skirts. I don't know for sure haw to tell what compression pistons they are - I think they are the early 8.0:1 compression ones as I believe they didn't have the ceramic coating on the crown. And I reckon they came from a block without the oil squirters under the pistons.

The injectors (I have two sets)have not been touched since they came out of the import engine so I assume they are all good - but of course assumption is the mother of all f*%#-ups! They look nice and clean, and have been kept in a plastic bag since being removed.. The fuel rail I believe is the same as 4age but you might want to research that yourself - regulator might be different.
