Yeah it is that expensive.
Its all the other stuff, tyres batteries, motor entry fees to race daces. Travel I used to go to Canberra and Melbourne to race. I also had a few cars, plus all the set up shit. To the point where dad and I have a R/C car motor dyno. ( Not Chassis)
We were pretty into it. The cost of the car is really nothing in the long run.
Alright, depending on how the $$$$ goes, I'm looking at having the car going buy Summernats 20 (Jan 2007) however I don't think it will be finished finished by then maybe just back on the road with the extior finished. With the insides and stero to do, we'll see how i go.
I am also getting the travel bug again(Thats one of the reasons why progress has been nothing this year. I've been away like 6 times).

Well this is what it looks like now we pulled the body off the chassis
A big thanks tio the guys that helped Joorsh, Chrizer, BlackSupra and my dad
The Before shot
engine out and on its purpose built stand heheh
Chassis off the body however stil under the car.
Mission Complete Chassis out from under the body!!
The engine crane made it so much easier to get the diff out!!
The Chassis by itself, prior to the diff being pulled
Well the next mission will be started in the next few weeks the straight chassis pulled out from ujnder the shitter!!
