How immature are you to listen to what somebody else says about a car that they "once" owned, and haven't seen since they did own it?

Well I dont know the full story but from what Mani says it sounds like you didnt even get in contact with him to say that your were not going to turn up!

People who make appointments with people and then don't show up without a call to inform the other party of the change of plan are in my opinion dickheads. No No No

I didnt have time to check out my car for a rust report....that doesnt give u the right to do what u did

It was raining the WHOLE week on top of that so i wasnt gonna stand out in the rain and look over the car in such detail being soaked...

anyway even if i did give a rust report wouldnt u want to check it out yourself ??? or would u just take my word for it

i also gave u that list of things to look for that gives advice on where to look on TA22's for rust.....as one would assume a buyer wouldnt take a sellers word for it.....

and I wasnt threatening u tough guy about the cruise comment, i just dont want to see someone like u corrupting the toymods community

hehe.
ummmmm maybe an interior pic or one of the engine bay? theres no rush, and theres a good chance i wouldnt be able to look for a while if at all, my boss is picky Very Happy but it all sounds pretty good to me cept for it being auto as we were specifically after a manual but i could prob do the conversion myself anyhow cause the rest seems good.

i had 2 options....option 1 went overseas for 6 months and i dont contact option 2 anymore ...

Like i said b4.....no major rust .....but i WILL everntually get around to having a proper look

all i can see from quick inspection is bits of surface rust here and there....like i said b4

but when u come around u can take as long as u want with the car
doesnt bother me

So it should be able to get registered?. When is the pink slip deadline?. And if you have to get a blue slip should it pass? Also if i do get this do you reckon it is worth converting it to manual?( I prefer manual but since yours sound like a good deal i may go for the auto)

In regards to blue slip yes it should be blue slippable

I can probably get u a blue slip if u want
but id have to ask the boys at work if they can slip me one as ive only been working there about a month

and yes i reckon u should convert to manual

my dad says i'm not aloud to get it because he doesn't want another car around our house and he says i will have to have money for rego and insurance which i don't. I'm Really sorry, if i was aloud it would already been bought.

Yes the auto sucks.....but its great for a project

it is in pretty damn good condition mate

tell them to come and see the car first b4 they start putting it down...im not negotiating price when he hasnt seen the car yet

there are a few extras that i might throw in with then car if he's not happy but im definetely not gonna be going much lower

like i said i havent advertised it in the paper yet.....still need to get all my stuff out of it...so id prefer it to go through the paper b4 i start going down on price

A 23 has the longer bonnet with a mean looking bulge, a flat nose unlike the 22 whose indicators are swept back, and numerous other little changes. The overall shape of the cars are the same, however the only panels that you can swap between the 22 and 23 are the doors. The engine bay is also bigger so you can fit some nice engines in there.

I simply prefer the 23 because I think it looks a little meaner.

Sorry manipulate, but my mate is not keen on the respray so soon in the conversion process of the car, Crying or Very Sad

but for all those that are interested, the interior is very nice (one rip on drivers seat but that was it) and there was little rust in the car over all. Smile
