Hey Mani, you shouldn't need a map, it's really pretty easy. Once you're on Mona Vale rd just follow that south south south, the same rd all the way to Homebush. Now if there's one place in Sydney that is well signposted it is Homebush, so just keep an eye out for the signs & they'll direct you to an off ramp on the left, which will take you too a roundabout, where you chuck a right. Now you're on Australia ave, follow this until you find a carpark on the left full of toymodders. Voila.

Although I just noticed today, the sign at the off ramp calls it Sydney Olympic Park, or something like that, not Homebush Bay. So keep an eye out for that, Sydney Olympic Park.

I finish work at 8. and i'll be heading up straight after i finish. so hopefully i should be at the meet by the time you're all ready to leave. Should only take just over 1hr to get upto homebush.

Yeah, top cruise and good to see some new faces too... great turnout.
The second-half was marred by a combination of a lack of UHF CB radio and a poor sense of direction, leading part of the group in one direction and the others the way Joel was going Oh well, a good night was had...
Cheers.

It was a great cruise again and even better this time without any punctures...
I kinda stole Andrew and the Orange Corolla by accident when I headed to North Sydney ...
Sorry to those guys for misleading them...
We went to North Sydney and I picked up my g/f and then went to Cremorne Maccas for some food where I saw a mate that I went to school with and got my dinner for free ...
Then we all departed from there at about 1am...
I finally got into bed at 4am after some fun later on ...

Big thanks to everyone who came, it was great turn out!
I didn't take an official count, but we had around 30 cars I reckon. Which made for some interesting traffic negotiation, thanks to the usual high standard of driving practiced by most of Sydney's locals.
The twisty bits were pretty good, I had just installed a bucket seat which really proved itself. The bumps were absolutely disgraceful though, that's definitely not a road I will be frequenting. If it wasn't for my new seat I would have just been pedaling along at a leisurely.
And yay, this time I didn't get a flat tyre or get scared by a one-eyed fuzz box!
Once again, thanks o all those who came.

Cool cruise last night guys. Was good to meet a few of you and see what you guys get up to.
I haven't driven any of that 14km or so winding road before. That was an amazing drive. The guys behind me said my exhuast sparked on the road 3 times I suppose that's what you get with a dumped car
Might see you next time if you don't mind a BM hanging around with yas!

DUDE - There is just soooo much wrong with that comment!
Anyway, yeah - was a good run. The road through Akuna Bay is choppy as hell.. Still, there were some interesting moments dropping it into first gear through those hairpins.
Thanks BigWorm for organising the run. I'll hopefully have another nice drive planned out sometime soon.

Yeah Draven, it was me in the Commo wagon. I was surprised it did as well as it did. Next time though, if I bring a work car, it'll be a new Falcon, at least with the tiptronic it'd be easier to use the gears to brake.
Sorry for breaking the group up on the last run. Couldn't quite keep up with the 2 in front. Spose that's what you get for driving a bog stock barge.

Yeah, it's my work car. Still had all the witches hats, flashing lights & everything still in the back.
Next time your car's broke down see if you can scab a car that comes with free fuel.
By the way GT4rider, if you're driving a twisting road, and you make a turn but can't see the headlights of the car that following you. STOP & WAIT.
It saves a lot of hassles from people getting lost & trying to make a U turn on a narrow road.
