Yes - saw it yesterday. it was actually the first issue i've bought in aaages, and seeing your Celica and RollaSX made it worth the stupid price tag..

Yeah, well I got rorted. I went along to my local newsagency, clutching my 7 bucks, and sussed out the mags. Ah, there's Hot 4s, what month is it? July, well, it's still only june, this must be the new one.
7 bucks later, and I'm flicked through the mag on the way to work. That's funny, no celica. WTF? I just bought a magazine full of shitboxes. Honestly, the cover cars engine mods was a 'cooler, exhaust and boost.
Anyway, once I get home I find the number on the spine, and yep, it's 83.
Unfortunately it means I'll have to see someone elses copy of Hot 4s to see your car steve, as there's no way I'm spending another $7, this was a reminder to why I stopped buying it.
The article looks good in those scans, you should be happy with your car steve.
EDIT: I just read it, and "don't let the sedate exterior fool you". Wouldn't it be nice if the writer actually saw the car, or at least seen the pictures?

I'd have to agree with that. I was a subscriber years ago but let it lapse after 12 months. Hadn't bought another one until I purchased issue 82 ( $8 ) a month or so ago so I could look at some of the adverts.
I read a few articles the other day and was abolutely shocked. They featured a 1.5L Lancer with rims, bumpers, seats and some subs.  Not even an exhaust. Ooops, dont forget the pinstripes 
Another guy bought a Gemini from someone that had completely decked it out with everything. He added a guage or two and considered himself a big time car modifier.
I mean the cover car had an engine bay with wires and elecy tape everywhere...
I won't be fooled again...
Anyway, good job Steve. The car looks awesome.
