easiest way is to find a wreck with a good body, cut off the pieces you need (measure 5 times, cut once so you get it right). then weld into place.

My dad has done some work on my Celica with fixing up rust. Basically he cut the whole section of rust out and took it back to where the solid metal was. got some sheets of metal, cut it to size and basically used a hammer and a bit of railway track and moulded it to the right shape. He slid the piece of metal in behind the original metal to fill the hole then welded it in.
He ground back the lumps and then filled it with metal mend. Once that was set ground that fairly smooth and then put a thin layer of bog to get a smooth finish.

Can't tell that the hole was there!

Good luck Smile
