I've looked around and can't find any info at all on putting a mighty 1J into a soarer. As most of you dont know, i have replaced my sxy RA28 with a STOCK AS A ROCK GZ20 soarer, which i picked up for an extremely good price. It goes hard, very hard, but i want 1J power. Any details on converting this engine into this type of car and approx. price would be appreciated.

Mine should be finished soon.
I have a 1986 GZ20 getting fitted with a 1JZ-GTE twin turbo. Along with the engine, went in:

Custom made bellhousing to suit W58 to 1JZ.
HD Clutch, 2JZ flywheel.
LTX12 Microtech.
Bosch 979 fuelpump.
Custom engine mounts.
Exhaust downpipe.
Custom intercooler piping.
Celicamad custom boost controller on order.

That's just some of the things required for an easier installation.
