AE92 Lower Control Arm Bush replacement Fri, 28 June 2002 09:59
Hi,

I need some advice on replacing front lower control arm bushes for an AE92 Seca. I know the existing bushes need replacement, and have decided on new nolathane bushes.

My question is: is this a job I can do at home?
I enjoy general maintenance on my Corolla, but critical systems such as shocks/springs I have taken to experts in the past.

Other questions:
What is the general process for bush replacement?
Are any special tools required?
Is worn bushes a reason for rejecting registration renewal?
What sort of price ranges have people paid in the past for this job?

Thanks for your help,
Brian.
