Corvid,

Ive very nearly finished mine, Im just waiting for my local tool place to get my 150mm burr in (its been 4 weeks since i ordered it...) so i can finally weld on the turbo flange.

If you want pics go to:

It doesnt look to good at the moment because its had some grinding and a layer of oil to stop it rusting before i get it ceramic coated.

I can make you one but what you'll want/get depends on you're price range.

If there's anything you want to know dont hesitate to PM or eMail me at two_fat_ladies@hotmail.com

The whole lot, both flanges and all tubes were all cut and finished using hacksaw/drill and file. Yes, very tough on my delicate girlie hands Very Happy ...

Welded by MIG.

A burr is a cutting tip that is used in the end of a die grinder. The die grinder is what i used to basically smooth the internal surface of the thing. Its easy to see how well it works looking straight down the collector.

shite, i did mine that way too. the turbo flange was easy, it must of taken you a while to get the manifold flange like that..
i cheated and went the most simple shape i could. Smile

Yeah, i dont remember what i could have been thinking... Looking back it was a stupid, needless idea.

If i was to do it again. I wouldnt bother.
