Similar question to Bayka's but about the 1GGTE. I know an engine will be around $750 and W55 be around $400. What about the computer intercooler, etc, etc.
Am I right is saying that if I do all the work myself (including electrical wiring) that I will get out of it for a tad under $2000??
Appreciate it.

Well for me, its going to be a straight swap, but all the little things you do to give it the best possible home add up.
1GGTEU w/ Blitz turbos + W58 + wiring (inc. freight) $2200.00
Heavy Duty Clutch Kit $420.00
550x250x57mm Intercooler and piping $600.00
Timing Belt – Toyota Genuine $75.00
5l Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w30 $40.00
4l Toyota Red Engine Coolant Concentrate $36.00
Oil Filter – Ryco Z418 $12.00
Fuel Filter $25.00
MONZA Pod Filter $20.00
Heat-Resistant Foam – Clark Rubber $12.00
3” Exhaust with High-Flow Cat and Muffler from Dump Pipe $850.00
Radiator Check and Clean $80.00
Engine Oil Seals $100.00
Replacement Engine Mounts $............
Engineering $300
This all totals nearly $4500, but I'll know that everything has been done right. I'm doing the wiring myself as well. Don't let anyone tell you engine conversions are cheap, all the little things add up!

There goes that idea.....might have to start saving!! I had know idea how much it would cost. Things like radiator, exhaust, coolent, oil are all under control - already got a new core and 2 1/2" exhaust and coolent and oil comming out of my backside.
Looks like it's going to be about $3000 now then.....lol
What have (or doing) about the efi fuel pump and the surge tank setups?

My car was already EFI, so I didn't have to factor that in. You have the option of buying a surge tank and doing it that way, or if you're REALLY lucky you might stumble across a tank from an MA45/46 Supra.
