Dump the heavy front seats for some nice racing buckets.
Remove all the sound deadening.
Cut the spare wheel well out and fit an alloy drop tank.
Leave the spare wheel and jack at home.
Replace the 2T with a 4AGE.

This should see you meeting your goal easily Very Happy

so all that for 70KG? geeese Mad so i guess no chance of 800kg then eh?

has a 3T at the moment, just pickup up a 3S-GE with intake manifold and all sensors (no wiring or comp) for $180 - dunno if it's worth the trouble putting in that's why i'm looking at droping the weight for more go Cool,

Alex

Ps. that barstard Ma70 wiper motor is driving me insane with the wiring, now the window washer's and the wiper dun work, did blow 1 fuse but replaced it, thinking the actual fuse box/holder is stuffed as wiring has been checked all the way to the switch, ha to joys of life... Very Happy

ahhh you guys are a laugh, the 3S-GE is a gold top as below:

click on 3S-GE(I) http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Pit/9975/dataBy Subject/EnginePix.html

1st gen from ST162. was thinking aftermarket ECU, extractors and Cold air induction and maybe new cams and put in TA22 with W55 or just sell it to you or someone else Very Happy, or may keep to put in lightweight FWD hatch, or 4WD TA22 hehe Rolling Eyes

anyone know the fuel consumption of the 3S-GE? like city/highway figures when in st162 celica? can she do 7-8L/100km on the highway?

cheers all,

Alex

engine is from a ST162 owner who put in a 3S-GTE, supposidly has lowish a 100-150'000km on it, but who knows, you know where to get a book on 3S-GE's? as wanting to pull it down and check over.
