just a quick question... something that i was working on for the car will not be ready in time but i can use some cardboard as i know this works i have a top mount on an sw20 and there is not enough airflow thats why something is being worked on, and as i said its not ready and i know cardboard will work it works like a scoop (have tried it on the dyno before), can i use this is my question other wise on a dyno it will get no air being in rear and the fan at the front. So can i do it???? or not?

first in first served... when you register your car goes into the queue... so the earlier you get there the better
depending on the numbers a cut off time may be set for entries by late afternoon so if you get there late you may miss out

I've never actually been to the place before.... I know the forecast at the moment is "mostly fine", but I've seen that turn to storms in a few days.
is there much cover there if it does decide to piss down? (touch wood)

Mate if you want to add some form of ducting to your car i can see no problem with that. Of course it has to be attached to the car and not something that will require "setting up" in the Dyno cell. Its not fair on the other competitors to take up additional time getting your car ready for the Dyno run.
The final decicision will of course be Steves but if it safe and on the car then i personally can see no problem with it. Sorry its a bit fo a Vague answer but without seeing it and knowing exactly what your doing it is hard for me to answer 100%. I hope to see you there tho as I have been trying to keep up with the progress on your car and can't wait to see how she goes.

There is always travelmate.com tells you everything about the trip that you are taking. You tyoe in the start address and the finish address, print the results and presto (even tells you how long before you need to take a leak).

the day is a long one and usually doesn't finish until 5 or 6pm and most people are too buggered to do anything
