Speco boost guage not very old. Reads Vacuum to 30 IN-Hg and boost to 30psi

Does it work?

Looks as though it has a shroud on it, was it made to fit a certain part of the car?

Yes it works. Its only a few months old. The mounting bracket is removeable if you wish to flush mount it.
