Can you fit 16V 4AGE extractors on a 20V head or is the exhaust manifold flange different?
Thanks

The flange is the same except for the two holes at either end, they are both a little bit different. I have a flange & gasket from each I could take a pic later on in the day.
It can be done, I doubt you'd have a problem.

So it shouldnt be too hard to mod my turbo exhaust manifold to fit then huh? It looks like a bit of a bugger to fit the dizzy on the back of the head though... can the dizzy cap be removed & just use it as a cam angle sensor? Did any 20V's come out with direct fire ignition?

r u goin to fit a turbo to a 20v
if u use the quad throttles u will have to make sure u get right aftermarket ecu
most cheaper ecus cannot do multiple throttle bodies and turbo on same engine properly
u need one that does throttle mappin off boost and boost mappin on boost
autronic does it

I wouldnt use the quads, just make a custom plenum with a single large throttle body on the front. I need to get some info on flow capabilities verses the 16V head before I seriously get stuck into this. I wonder if the VVT has as much merit in a boosted application? Have other people left it working, or disabled it?

You can pick up old 20v headers fairly cheap, it wouldn't be that hard to cut the flange off an old set of them then weld your manifold to it.
Come to think of it, most importers would probably have buggered sets of 20v headers you could have for free (or close to it..)

i thought you can fit 20v headers to the 100kw but not vice versa cause as joel mentioned the bolt pattern, they wont fit to the 86kw either AFAIK

I've never compared 100kW flange, so I can't comment on that, but here's a pick of an exhaust gasket from an 88kW and a turbo manifold flange for a 20V.
