Does buying octane booster really make the car go any faster/give it higher output ?!?!

If it does I think I might get myself a dozen of them tonight !!

muahahahha Razz

Also how long does the car need to be on the dyno for ??

Don't you want to know a "real world" estimate of the power that your car puts out?

Unless you run octane booster all the time, what's the point in gaining a few extra kW on the dyno graph when the car is never run like that?

Is octane booster the what makes sparkplugs and combustion chambers go that red brown colour? Wouldn't octane booster only make more power if your ecu is retarding the ignition because your car is pinging? ie you need to tune to the octane of your fuel.
