Hi i was wondering if anyone knows whether a Mark II Chaser steering column will fit into an RA23 Celica because i heard they will. If so plz tell me and where i can get it done.

It doesn't fit, but it can be "made" to fit with a lot of effort (I've seen it done). But you can make any steering column fit with enough effort.

As for who will do it for you, I have no idea; try calling performance workshops and steering/suspension specialists in your area.
