Im after circuit diagrams etc for the Injectors & cold start system? Its for of a JZA70 Soarer. Also this car has had front end damage in the drivers side, the motor has run since the accident but now since it has been repaired when you spin it over it seems to only want to fire on 1 cylinder. I have checked for spark and fuel & it seems to have both. There is no codes coming up on the computer. Has anyone got any idea?

hi there
ive wired up afew ijz
only thing i know is on drivers side is the alternator
theres a thick white wire from back of alternator to drivers gaurd then around front of radiator then to battery this wire charges the battery
best thing to do is get an led test light
check for 12v to the injectors just unplug one injector plug and check for 12v should be on the Black/Orange
check for 12v at the coils black/orange wire
how do u know its got fuel
check for 12v at fuel pump and also check fuel pressure in the past i have found just by taking return of and seeing abit of fuel come out is not good enough
maybe the smash repair guys fried the ecu when welding
if u have power to ecu/coil/injectors then the thing should start

I have tried all the above, I Have checked fuel pressure etc to. It has spark + fuel what else does it need? When cranking it doesn't seem to have much vacuum at the throttle. I have also check the cam timing and it seems to be Ok. I dont think the computer has been fried seems its firing and supplying fuel and they also used antizap leads when welding. All suggestions welcome even crazy ones.

how have u checked for fuel
did u just take the return hose off
if u did it should be gushing out fuel
if it is dribbling out thats not good enough
but best way to check is with a fuel press gauge
i have heard of problem with bog dust gettin into the fuel tank
while car is at panel shop for repairs and this fuks trhe pump
if u have spark and the injectors work
try spryin aerostart ir start u bastard down the intake pipes
if it starts then its fuel related
i have come across so many probs where thr enigne has spark and the injectors work but wont start
and its always the bloody fuel pump
if u have put a fuel press gauge on it and it has over 30 psi then the fuel is not yr prob

Panel beaters are often slap-happy about hosing engine bays down after the repair. Check to make sure the plug wells are not full of water. It's a common problem after getting a car back after a front-end repair.

Oh yeah, the amount of times my 7M was washed down...after being checked for problems (when the problem, was the wells...)
I now use a longish piece of clear hose and suck the shit out, it works a treat...
Or use an air compressor, but thats so messy.
