need something to block the cabin from the boot. Was thinking aluminium or fibrglass. needs to be cheap, light and look decent.
any other ideas?

yeah probably would but it is in the back anyway, so i won't be touching it. I was thinking of the suns reflections.

I was thinking definitely fibreglass. It's lighter, easier to use, easier to paint (if you were wanting to do that).
Basically an all round easier material to use.

MMmmm... the choice between fibreglass fibres in your lungs/hands/arms/legs/all exposed body parts or sheet metal cuts

i reckon metal would be easier, u can just cut it and weld/rivet. no need to mould and get all sticky.
