I am thinking of buying a new cam for my ra23 celica with stock 18r engine. Was wondering how hard a new cam will be to install. Engine out?

They are Over Head cam so I would not imagine it to be a huge drama, tappet cover off, remove cam..

Let me be the first to suggest it's probably not worth the bother.

I've got a worked 18R-C sitting in my project at the moment and apparently it goes pretty hard. I know it can do a fair burnout cause the tyres were bald when I got the car.
Now the one in my current drive is a boat anchor!
How much and where can you get cam's for an 18R-G?
