Hi All,
Quick question,Is there any difference between a 20valve with an auto box and a 20valve with a manuel box.
Is there any difference with the engine or is it just the box.
regards

There may be some difference in the ECU (if it concerns you), not sure might want to check up on that from someone who knows!
But the actual engines them selves should be identical otherwise.

the rev limiter is lower in the auto and wiring it up to a manual car is a pain in the arse.... i lernt this the hard way when i did my conversion i strongly recomend getting a manual ecu and harness

The reason i was asking is that i can get a 20valve Engine with auto gearbox cheap, no wiring or computer.
So there isn't any difference in engines just the wiring and computer.
