Fact: A huge "Drift King" sticker on the back of your lancer will increase drift potential by adding extra weight to the rear end of the vehicle.

lol. So true. I was feeling the same thing. Very Happy

I have never drifed. Well, not on purpose. Dont intend to either. Unless it is on a racetrack/skidpan. Dont see the need to be honest.

yeh but same goes for people with "drift" cars, just cos u have a body kitted 180 sx with "phat stickers"and a rear wing and deep dish offset that doesnt mean that u can drift either

All I know is that people who can drift well are not nearly as easy to find as people who claim they can drift well... I also know that a standard Cressida is no drift machine, so I don't try... If getting mega understeer was cool, I would be a God! Laughing

Re: Drift Wed, 08 October 2003 06:19 Go to previous message
I wanna know, is just getting abit of oppy lock on the odd corner considered by people as being a 'drifter'? Cause if so, I would think that I like to do that, as hey, its alot of fun, and I've always been a huge fan of rally driving, and being as I don't really like the idea of taking my cars off road, getting some slightly sideways action every now and then does appeal to me greatly. I wouldn't say I would setup my car to do it, or neccessarily compete in events etc, but just every now and then I don't mind giving it abit of a flick. Of course in the auto now its practically impossible unless the roads are saturated and I'm going around a roundabout Sad
