Wasted a Mk IV turbo Supra

... twice
I lined him up at a set of lights on woodville rd in the Crown. While we were waiting I noticed him checking out the Toymods sticker with a slightly confused look on his face. Light goes green, pretty even in first due to my ordinary traction, then I drove away from him in 2nd and 3rd still wheelspinning... you should have seen his jaw drop
He had a big cannon exhaust but not sure about any other mods... First time I have raced one and I thought they would go a lot harder... maybe its just that they are a lard-arse vehicle

Anyone know what a stock 2JZ-GTE puts out at the treads? Seems that there hasnt been a stock one to a Toymods dyno day yet.
And anyone know what a JZA80 weighs?
Cheers

An MA70 weighs in at about the 1575kg mark and the JZA80 is lighter than the MA70.
There is no contest with pure sex appeal, the JZA80 would win the ladies every time

A nice clean Mk4 is definetly sexier from the outside. Thats only the beginning. Once you move into the cabin, there is no comparison, the Mk4 wins hands down.

How did you know it was turbo?
My mate had an auto Mk4 NA and would get beaten by Hondas! HAHAAHA.
In stock form, Mk4 TT's are good for very low 14's/high 13's.
Remember its alot to do with the driver.
And i wouldnt call an Mk4 a 'barge' either, they handle fantastic and with simple BPU's its not uncommon for them to make over 200rwkw. Youd be surprised how well they can handle.
