Can Some one explain what CAI is all about is it easy to set up. what is involved.
What perfomance does it give u is it worth it for all engine's??????????
please some enlighten me about this.

CAI is simply another way to make that little bit extra power. Cold air is more dense than hot air, so you can fill a cylinder with more, therefore making more power (power basically comes from stuffing the chamber with fuel and oxygen (air)). The cooler the air going in, the more power you can make. A cooler charge can also help some engines with pinging problems too.

also can help to keep engine temps down when performing!!!

anyone done a cai on a sprinter? i cant find a way to get the piping through to the front
