to answer a questions, from the back of the cam covers to fire wall is about 50mm, the turbo is a turbonetics on a hks manifold with hks external gate, and the plates a cant say couse i havent ordered them yet.
as for changing the plates and colour of the car i wanted to make the car my own as i bought it pretty much as it was when it was yellow and always intended on fully rebuilding it as it was pretty rough around the edges.
i just cant wait to drive it, it should be ready about christmas.

thanks for all the positive replies, any questions just ask Smile

just another update for whoever is interested, the car is getting tuned in about two to three weeks, just have to tie up a few loose ends. interesting to see want kind of power the new setup is going to make, its been nearly twelve months now and im keen as mustard to take it for a drive.
all plans are to get it to dubbo but really depends on work as ive not long started a new job.
dcving plates are gone as im sick of paying $500 a year to the rta, new plates are HYPO23

havent been to any events or meetings since the cars been off the road, but should catch up with some of you guys in dubbo Very Happy

i also have some updated pics if anyones interested, cant put them up here though as i cant host them

well the car is finely finished as a lot of you would have seen on the weekend just a few little things i need to tidy up, the car went well all weekend seeing as tho it was only the third time ive driven it(i probly should just let the wife do the driving from now on seeing as tho she beat me at the drags:P ) and only finished putting it back together the night befor the toyota nationals, only got it tuned last week, results were 208kw at 18psi, anyway its been a little over twelve months so its now time to enjoy the car and drive it Very Happy

Mate I saw the car at Dubbo and it is amazing! I am shocked it didn't take out awards as I would have voted for it.

Can I ask who sprayed it?

Thanks
Joel
