Good work with the front bar, very subtle i like it! Very Happy

You should design the rear of the drivers side hole to be adapted for a cold air intake!

BTW how much did it cost you all up if tou dont mind me asking?

cheers glen

ugh dont ask...hah jk
all up the entire project was a bit over 1k, but there was a lot of extra stuff there so i guess the bare min for the bar (glass mat, resin, wax, pva, gelcoat, brushes, acetone, rollers, paper, paint) would be about $800 roughly)
*sigh* it sounds like so much money now i think about it. ah well it is only money

Excellent example of a MK2! Always keep it clean man - it looks great! Smile
Nice custom front air dam too - its good to add little subtle things like that, stands out from the rest.

Its a pitty that those stereos don't install themselves hehe Razz , but since you are taking your time about things, do some research on the net cos there are a few nice custom stereo installs in MK2's that may give you a few ideas.

Keep up the good work!

thanks damo,
yes i wud like to do a nice stereo install, but there are other priorities at the moment so i guess the head unit will have to suffice

Very tidy looking car!

why is it taking you so long to put the head unit in? most head units screw straight into the factory brackets, the whole process takes very little time.

no it take me a long time:
a) no brackets
b) no screws for brackets
c) no wiring harness
= pain in the arse

Re: my supra Thu, 30 October 2003 00:58 Go to previous message
haha yeah yeah
if i had a jz it would have a wiring harness, it would not need to be purchased for $30 from kenwood would it now?
since being flat broke in the middle of hsc, i dont see myself purchasing the said wiring, and the brackets required anytime in teh near future
