optus vision box when you buy optus vision you get a box and when we got robbed they took it and im looking for 1 to replace it does any one have a spare one

Even if you find a box, it still wont work for you because optus wont activate it! When you get optus vision they rent you the box, you dont get to keep it so by rights there should be no boxes out that not being used!

but it got stolen what should we do
i have known people to have spare ones so im looking fo one
i thought that all we should have to do is ring them up and say it got stolen and we have a replacement so they can change it
It that what i sould do??

just ring them up and tell them it got stolen
they may have insurance against that and provide you with another one or something
did you have house insurance?

To make things more clear, They will not activate a box that you acquire from somewhere! Any box that you find from somewhere will be considered stolen and you will be held liable!
