The kid is in hospital, the Koala was taken into protective custody (Name no yet released) the baseball in question is believed to be the reason the koala feel from the tree and is in the hands of the police as evidence. It is not yet clear how the baseball hit the Koala but there was a witness to the attrocity who was out on his porch enjoying a smoke who has been taken in to custody as well for questioning and hasn't yet given an answer that fits the events in question and is very evasive when asked where the base ball came from. The baseball has been taken to a secure location so if it is yours, getting it back may take awhile.

i very much doubt it, bullets would exert a greater force over a smaller area, the brick wouldnt do shit all. plus the idea behind bullet proof glass is to stop stuff getting through, wouldnt be very effective if you could just throw a brick through it
