we are in the middle of one big ass renovation, extention whci really sux cos we have a porta shower that is cold and a porta potty that stinks Laughing . anyway last night we had a bit of wind, at 4 am i am woken up by a bang, the stupid builders had not secured the tim on the carport roof ( above my car ) and this fell and landed on my car, fortunately it only damaged the front quarter and scuffed the bonnet, im trying to claim a dent in the roof also. The builder has 10 mil public liability which means i am going to the most expensieve porsche repairer round the corner from my house top fix it, full straightening and respray of the front quarter, bonnet rubbed back to exposed carbon, and dent in roof taken out, should cost around 1,500.
Its good cos the front quarter was slightly mismatching n e way now itll look sweet, still pissed off it happened tho

I really think you should edit your original post, as you are admitting to a form of fraud?!

Id count the dent in the roof worth the agrivation they caused.. as without them he would still have a perfectly good car to drive in

yeh im not gonna pursue the roof, and they are just gonna cut and polish and buff the bonnet, the front quarter will cost $420 fully straight and colour matched. the dent in the roof was 500 alone as they use a $7000 machine and repaint down to the doors but yeh shoulfd be sweet soon

hmmmm Twisted Evil he offered me $100, i thought he was joking idiot, i dont wanna have to settle this the hard way. The extension is costing $100,000 so the least he could do is give us the money, we will just dicoount the final price but $500
