i currently have a ma70 1896.5 7MGE and was thinking about a conversion. the reason why im considering this is because my current engine is giving me the shits....it has had a few problems and i fear the HG is blown (for a change). anyway i was wondering if anyone knows where and how much a complete conversion would be.

Drive-in, drive-out you're probably looking at about $5k for a manual including the half cut, or about $3k for an auto.

Most of that is labour - the half cuts are about $2500 (man) and $2000 (auto)
