I've seen 18" by 11.5" wide on a Celsior (LS400) in a Jap Import magazine.

if I catch you right - you want to use truck wheels on your car?!
have you checked the stud patterns on truck wheels lately?
they're like 18x300 or something stupid like that - you'd never bolt them onto a car.
and no, a standard jack (usually rated at 1500-2000kgs) will not jack up the corner of a truck weighing at LEAST 10 tonnes

I might add that truck wheels are generally too heavy for one person to lift, so even if you could make it fit it would be a pretty dumb idea!

fwiw, a mates 12 tonne truck specs says the spare wheel weighs in at a hefty
95 kgs!!!!

as a side note, on a KE70, more than about 195 or 205 tyres is losing traction due to too large a contact patch..
unless you have slicks..
