The site I found them on, said they are 'Deep-dish SSR mesh wheels' tho a Google on that only returns the same site.
Also, whats a good Aussie retailer/importer where I could get such items?
Thanks,
Stain

Yeh now I look closely, they do seem to be SSR, but I cant find bugger all about them, www.tyres.com dont have them, and I've looked thru their entire range, and cant even find anything similar.
These look nice tho.

there's a set on ebay atm...
just do a search for ae86, and they'll come up. but the guy wants $500USD minimum plus $200USD for shipping.
then, because of stupid import laws, and shit...you'll have to pay another $400AUD for duties, and quarantine...

You wouldn't be charged for duties on the rims. a) second hand, not ripping of aussie merchants. b) prolly don't sell them in australia. c) just get them to send a birthday card on the boxes from 'uncle bob'.Works everytime (from experience)
And by the looks of it, they aren't 'deep dish'. deep dish is used when describing wheels that have 'spoke-like' 'arms' as such that start at the hub, and curve to the edge (or close to) of the rim. The style they have has a name unknown to me. Just use the term 'exposed rim' when describing it. i had trouble when speaking to people about wheels for my celica coz I really wanted at least an inch of exposed rim and I went around looking for deep dish which people often said they didn't have any. But they did of course have wheels with a bit of rim showing on the outside.
Cheers, hope I helped. Jacob
