i'm waiting on a very similar kit from japan at the moment, cept mines got an external gate. Supposably an excellent turbo for the 4age, good luck with sale.

Interested on behalf of a friend for his AE86. I take it this suit 16v 4AG head? You say turbo is in VGC... Is that rust on the compressor wheel? Any shaft play?

It is not rust, it is just discoloured. It is in great condition.
This will suit 4AGE 16V head.

You reckon it would bolt on an AE82 Twin Cam? What are the measurements from the head side of the manifold to the furthest away part of the turbo? For FWD form.

Um curious, do 4age turbo manifolds like this one listed bolt up to 4agze's?
And what is the biggest turbine a 1.6 gze based 4agte can spool efficiently to get tho most power?

cool so it bolts straight on. is there any work or any other after market parts ill need for the conversion? ie reinforcing the block, bigger injectors etc...

It would be better to get the fueling sorted out better, either by a fuel pressure regulator, bigger ijectors or ecu etc..
But if your running low boost you dont need to stuff around with internals at all.. Its detonation that kills engines not boost pressure so sort out the fuel etc and it will go good
