This would be lucky to come on at 6500 on a 4ag, Its just far too big. Much more suited for a 1j/2j, rb, or any 6 or rotary.
As it goes for HP the turbo is rated at around 450hp. So can easily produce 250rwkw.

What were you running this turbo on? I'd like to know when it would spool up on a 1jz. I really like the factory ct12a's because they spool up so early and I would hate to lose that low down torque they provide. Please tell me when it made meaningful boost on your motor, rpm wise. I take it this is not a BB core either.

as far as i can tell, this is a very similar turbo to the one that another fella was using on his 1jz which he said made 400rwhp. The only difference I can see is the comp wheel is .6AR and the other one was a 60-1 .7AR. Both have same exhaust housings.

SO same exhaust housings but slightly smaller compressor AR, does this mean it would spool up a bit earlier or just run out of puff a little earlier?

The smaller comp cover and wheel does mean it will run out of puff a little earlier, but it does also mean it will come on earlier, and be a little more responsive.
The cat comp cover this turbo has, has about 6mm more alloy in its cast, so it can be power ported to the same internal size as a .7 comp. It also has an 4" inlet unlike the standard 3".

By the way the turbo set up also comes with an adaptor that bolts the wastegate director to the turbo.http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=getfile&id=2945
