at a minmum i'd get new shocks (koni, kyb), springs and front & rear swaybar

how much are you looking at spending? How much do you want to do yourself?

if you arent mechanically inclined you can buy package deals from places like whiteline which are pretty decent

i'm just interested on how much its gonna cost so if i could get a ball park fig, from what i can see the uni joints are worne or dying, bushes probably same, but shocks or springs seem ok but will do them if need to be done. So worst case senario, bushes dying or dead, uni joints dying or dead, ball park fig?

otherwise i can always spend $14 and take the car to pedders Laughing

If you're happy with the springs and shock at the moment, take the car to a reputable mechanic, and have him fix the little things like ball joints and uni's first, you'll still use these parts in any uprated suspension package anyway. Learn about the car's traits through use, and what you prefer, as everyone will have a different opinion on suspension and geometry setup anyway!

Also, get a wheel alignment, and record the settings. Have it checked again in 500Kmsish, and see how much movement the front end has in it - you are after all dealing with a car thats over 20 years old.
