Just wondering how possible it is to convert a Mk3 Supra T from auto to manual 5 speed (or 6 speed depending on what would suit better).

Do a search, this has been covered before I'm pretty sure.
In short you will need the following:
- transmission with bellhousing and shifter (make sure it's out of a Mk3 Supra otherwise the shifter won't line up)
- flywheel
- clutch
- tailshaft front section
- clutch pedal assembly
- clutch master cylinder & hydraulic line

Oh almost forgot; I have the last two items sitting in my garage. I'm willing to let them go for a reasonable fee.

Im not ready to do it yet, I dont even have the car yet. It sounds very pricey. The only reason I wanna do this is because its near impossible to get a manual mk3 turbo with targa and I specificaly want those 3 options and unfortunatly I wont have enough cash before the 30+ year rule takes place to import one.

Get the auto, and convert when you have the cash
It will cost at least $1500, more if you need/want a better clutch, light flywheel etc
