cliffs always there - he usually turns up in the ra28 or his liberty , so youll have a good chance gor a chat anyway

I'm pretty sure it's a TO4, but it's been upgraded at some point (not sure on the details). Don't worry though, he'll tell you ALL about it - Cliff loves to talk about his car!
