Does anyone know if you can get these ECU's remapped or am I better off going aftermarket?

i'd suggest aftermarket isn't the PROM soldered to the board...??

yes you could but there is no point because it would cost more than an aftermarket, aftermarket computers are getting very cheap. little inside info for you all . there is a leading ecu make that is about to realease a computer for under a grand that will be upgradeable to the full system.
